It has helped me be able to receive the best books and programs available. It has lightened the financial burden of being a full time college student and allowed me to focus on what’s important, learning and achieving my goals. Once again, thank you so much."

Sydney is a 2021 graduate of Marysville High School in Marysville, KS.
She is studying nursing at Hutchinson Community College and has participated on the women's Cross Country and Track teams throughout the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons.

"I would like to greatly thank the Gerald G. Ricard Scholarship Committee from the bottom of my heart. Without their help, I wouldn't have had the chance to advance forward in my future, be at college, meet many wonderful long-lasting friends, learn so much about my career as a future nurse, etc. I honestly will never get tired of thanking them because they have helped change my life for the better.
